Job Overview

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the development and deployment of enterprise data management capabilities, working closely with software engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business partners.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for directing and managing a team of software engineers who develop and deploy enterprise data management capabilities. Your expertise in master data solutions and ability to drive results will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of software engineers responsible for developing and deploying enterprise data management capabilities.
  • Oversight of the design and implementation of enterprise-level master data solutions in collaboration with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators.
  • Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 5+ years of data management experience (any field).
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) certification.
  • Experience with MuleSoft.
