About the Role: The D-H Lebanon-MHMH seeks a highly skilled Psychosocial Specialist to join our Crisis Team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and treatment for patients with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families to identify areas of need.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns.
  • Establish achievable treatment goals with clients using evidence-based psychotherapies.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document accurate, concise, and pertinent clinical data in the medical record.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An internship meeting professional standards.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in New Hampshire.
