Signs of Success, Inc. is a full-service sign company seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This role involves managing installations and handling front counter sales, including scheduling work, communicating with clients and vendors, reviewing installation packets, and maintaining job progress records.
The ideal candidate will possess basic job costing and construction math skills, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, along with benefits such as vacation, holiday pay, 401(k), health insurance, and a gym membership.
