Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects.
  • Ensure safety and quality regulations are adhered to.
  • Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain a clean job site.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in field operations (residential or commercial).
  • Previous experience and knowledge of construction worksite safety practices and procedures.
  • Experience and knowledge of OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to plan, organize, review, and document project activities with good follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project deadlines and make logical decisions.
