Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer to join our team in the NA region. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the operational technology security of our manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will support the system owner for automated equipment backup systems, as well as collaborate with IT/business users to ensure secure, consistent, and efficient equipment backup and recovery across all HDMA locations and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Support users in setting up and maintaining equipment within the automated backup system.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to equipment backup, including collaboration with users and system vendors.
  • Generate reports and create plans to achieve/maintain system targets.
  • Collaborate with the system owner on system and change point management, addressing improvements such as data integrity and asset inventory management.
  • Support equipment recovery processes as necessary, either as part of normal business operations or during incident response.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience with machine control networks/industrial control systems (ICS), with a basic understanding of communication networks.
