Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Crew Supervisor to lead our team and oversee projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a crew of installers to complete installations efficiently and safely.
    • Maintain high levels of productivity and motivation among team members.
  • Customer Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project to ensure their needs are met.
    • Foster positive relationships with customers to deliver remarkable experiences.
  • Project Execution
    • Assess job sites to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each job.
  • Team Development
    • Train and mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or leading a team in the construction industry.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and move objects with force frequently.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
