MyCare Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our oral health team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy smiles.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the oral health management of all clinic patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Conduct thorough oral hygiene assessments and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize electronic dental records to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Provide oral health education and counseling to patients, empowering them to take control of their oral health.
- Perform clinical oral hygiene services, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, and fluoride application.
- Collaborate with supervising dentists to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote oral health awareness.
- Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.
- Unrestricted license to practice oral hygiene in the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
