About the Role

This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to lead a caring and professional team in providing high-quality care to our clients. As Director, you'll oversee the management and operations of our office, including budgeting, fiscal management, and recruiting, marketing, and business development.

You'll be responsible for monitoring the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by your staff, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction while providing adequate staff education, training, and evaluation. Your entrepreneurial and relationship-building skills will be invaluable in mentoring and supporting your team, growing your office, and keeping abreast of industry and community trends and referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional client care and customer service.
  • Planning, budgeting, and fiscal management.
  • Development and execution of a recruitment plan.
  • Monitoring quality and appropriateness of services provided.
  • Assuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Marketing to further develop referral relations – expectation to be in field 2 days a week.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry, previous home care management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results.
  • Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
  • Effective communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies.
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities.
  • Experience with marketing and community outreach required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $103-108k, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, direct deposit, and an employee assistance program.
