About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing effective marketing strategies, and collaborating with our team of experts.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and providing timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that align with their goals.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams via various channels in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Client Education: Educate clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media, CRM tools, and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
