Host - Frankfort Chili's

At Chili's, we're looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host in Frankfort. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to every guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate
• Answer the phone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow team members when needed

Chili's was born in Dallas, Texas in 1975. We're a casual dining restaurant chain known for our Big Mouth burgers, house-smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas. We're committed to delivering the best experience to every guest, every day.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is friendly, warm, and caring, with a smile that can light up a room. You should be able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. No experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are a must.
