The Generative AI team under Monetization Technology focuses on developing cutting-edge generative techs for advertising. We leverage LLM/SD models to create high-quality content, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the ecosystem.
We aim to drive and lead the generative AI in the ads tech and creative industry. As an AI Innovator - Generative Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing automated creative generation across various modalities, including text, image, and video
- Exploring and applying LLM/SD models for high-quality content creation
- Developing next-generation conversational assistants to enhance user intention and context understanding
You will work closely with global teams to partner and deliver solutions that improve chat experience, model outputs, and explore new products with generative AI at its core. Your self-motivation and problem-solving skills will enable you to come up with innovative solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in machine learning technology (RecSys/NLP/CV) and experience in utilizing Generative AI technology in marketing texts, images, and videos. You should also be familiar with LLMs and model fine-tuning (instruct tuning, SFT, RLHF, etc.).
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, 5+ years of relevant development experience, and proven knowledge of machine learning technology. Good communication skills, project management experience, and a strong perseverance to help the business grow are essential.
