**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their functional abilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and educational programs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of patient interactions

**Requirements:**

  • Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a COTA in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
