About the Role

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Specialist to support healthcare provider enrollment in Austin, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and be able to interact professionally with providers and staff. They will process applications and maintenance requests, identify deficiencies, and research and contact providers to resolve issues.

This is a contract position with an estimated duration of 12+ months, offering a competitive salary range of $19-20 per hour. The successful candidate will work onsite at our location in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests within daily quotas
  • Identify and notify providers of incomplete/inaccurate applications
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status
  • Research and contact providers to resolve enrollment application deficiencies
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance program standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
