Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:
Peddle is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent - Junior Title Specialist to join our team. As a key player in resolving automotive title issues, you will play a crucial part in improving our sales cycle and working closely with our customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers and partners to identify, record, and resolve title issues
- Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to maximize profitability
- Be a resource for the team for title-related inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, as needed
- Provide feedback to improve processes, resources, and tools
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (automotive title processing a plus)
- Able to work in an office environment, 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Well-rounded technology capability (Salesforce experience a plus)
- High school or equivalent education
