NAPA Auto Parts is a leading provider of automotive parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for delivering parts to our customers in the Oconomowoc, WI area. This includes navigating through metropolitan areas using maps and directions while maintaining a safe driving record. You will also be required to pick up parts from vendors, ensure stockroom parts are accurately stocked, and maintain inventory records. Your primary focus will be on safety while driving and delivering our products, as well as building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
* Picking up parts from vendors and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our products
* Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries
* Building long-term relationships with customers
* Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists and basic maintenance tasks such as tire pressure checks

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
* Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
* Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
* Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to be flexible with your schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
