A career in sales engineering demands a good engineering background, excellent communication skills, strong relationship building skills, and determination.

As a sales engineer, you'll sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.

As part of your onboarding and development, you'll attend the Trane Technologies Graduate Training Program (GTP) - a 5-month classroom training program designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in technical sales.

Started in 1926 and recognized as the industry's most comprehensive training program, GTP provides you with intensive technical, business, sales, and leadership training.

Upon completion of the program, you'll assume responsibilities as an Associate Account Manager focused on Systems, Services, or Controls within a pre-assigned office location.

Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the 5-month training.

This creates an uncapped compensation opportunity for our Associate Account Managers.

Travel/Location of GTP:

Relocation for 5 months of training in La Crosse, WI, and less than 15% in a defined geographic location after La Crosse, WI training.

Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).

A U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
