Job Summary

As a skilled Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a vital role in our team at Paris Regional Medical Center. Your expertise in ultrasound technology will enable you to visualize internal cardiac structures, obtain measurements of cardiac valves, ventricles, and left atria, and visualize blood flow. You will assist physicians with complex ultrasound procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Use ultrasound technology to diagnose and treat cardiac conditions
•⁠ ⁠Assist physicians with complex ultrasound procedures
•⁠ ⁠Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Current BLS certification
•⁠ ⁠RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification/registration preferred or Registry eligible
•⁠ ⁠One to two years of ultrasound experience in echocardiography
•⁠ ⁠ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
