Floral Merchandiser

Brookshire's Grocery Company seeks a highly skilled Floral Clerk to join their team. Estimated salary for this position is around $25,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

This role involves utilizing creativity and basic floral design knowledge to create floral and plant arrangements that meet store standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain quality standards for the floral department by ensuring fresh products are properly displayed according to store standards.
• Prepare flowers for arrangement by clipping, hydrating, and feeding them.
• Assist with building product displays for special events, holidays, and promotions to enhance customer appeal and promote sales.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic floral design knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
