Job Summary

Envision Unlimited is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the daily operations of our CILA homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the residences are well-run, staff are properly trained and supervised, and members receive the necessary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise CILA employees, monitor employee work hours, and manage overtime.
  • Evaluate employee performance, enforce agency policies, and recommend changes in employee status.
  • Provide on-site supervision at CILA homes and maintain and operate assigned homes within budgetary guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor health and safety practices, ensure infection control and COVID protocols are followed, and respond to emergencies.
  • Develop and plan community inclusion activities and opportunities for members.
  • Ensure adherence with mandated reporter/OIG protocols and complete required documentation into the agency electronic record system.
  • Monitor accounts for agency rep payee members, assist members in budgeting, and maintain pay card and track expenditures and receipts.
Requirements
  • Three years of direct work in an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities CILA home, with supervisory experience and DSP training.
  • Pass the TABE test and maintain authorization to pass medications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a variety of schedules, including 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday.
