Occupational Therapist

At Renewal Rehab, we are dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services and helping our therapists grow and succeed. As a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and recertifications.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Reneval Rehab is part of Enhance Therapies, a family of therapy companies with over 30 years of experience. We provide quality rehabilitation services to various settings, including homecare, sub-acute, long-term care, outpatient, hospital, and assisted living facilities across the nation.

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely, accurately, and adhering to all guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university recognized by the AOTA.
• Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state, as applicable.
• Recognized by NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
