Sales Representative for Steel Fabrication

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Steel Fabrication to drive company revenue. Key responsibilities include presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Sales: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospecting and Contacting: Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Sales Targets: Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow-up Appointments: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Sales Material: Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and Detail-Oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented
