We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with Autism.

Our center-based program offers a supportive and collaborative environment where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients. You will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that foster communication skills, socialization, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with Autism. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is required, and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus.

  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Collecting and analyzing data to measure client progress
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans as needed
