Job Description:

Salary: $175k - $200k Base + Bonus

You will drive organic and inorganic Assets Under Management (AUM) growth initiatives, provide investment support, train and develop Investment Advisors on Consulting teams, while securing new business to contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organic and inorganic AUM growth initiatives.
  • Manage & own the team's portfolio proposal process to include creation of portfolio proposals and supporting client deliverables. Present and recommend proposed solutions to clients.
  • Serve as player/coach to drive AUM Growth through the hiring, training, and development of Investment Advisors on Consulting teams.
  • Analyze current & prospective client's investment portfolios, identifying gaps or pain points, and providing investment solutions and recommendations.
  • Responsible for implementation of client proposals once approved and steward through the investment management process and life cycle.
  • Manage opportunities processed within company CRM and technology systems. Own the identification and opportunity creation of new investment offerings and appropriate/suitable clients for new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present investment offerings to clients and prospects in conjunction with the Investment Department.
  • Develop investment collateral and investment-focused education materials intended for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings as the investment subject matter expert and how to best position client portfolios in alignment with their objectives and Centura's Investment philosophy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of hitting sales quotas and achieving growth to gather AUM.
  • Strong knowledge regarding traditional and alternative investments.
  • Ability to create and present client deliverables.
  • Existing relationships with CPAs, Estate Attorneys, Tax Attorneys, and other professionals that serve High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
  • Able to design and enhance existing processes to support scaling and growth.
  • An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in finance, economics, or business administration.
  • 7+ years of financial services sales experience as an advisor or in a business development function, required.
  • CFA, CAIA, CFP, CIMA, or MBA preferred, or the willingness to obtain one of the aforementioned certifications.
