The facilities management leader oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of buildings, property, equipment, and machinery, including HVAC, lighting systems, grounds keeping, security, and overall facility appearance. The position manages and supervises employees who repair and maintain buildings, property, equipment, and machinery, including maintenance technicians and grounds staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee property maintenance while minimizing overtime.
- Coach, counsel, and manage performance of direct reports.
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for applicable equipment and machinery.
- Arrange for and manage vendor support as needed after consultation with the Site Manager.
- Enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices.
- Provide own basic tools or be willing to obtain them prior to employment.

This role involves managing all departmental employees and is responsible for their performance management and hiring, with input from the Site Manager.
Work Environment: While performing duties, the employee frequently exposes themselves to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. They occasionally expose themselves to various extreme outside weather conditions.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described represent those required to successfully perform essential job functions. The employee must regularly talk and hear, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the day. They frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday working hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on job duties.
Travel: Travel to assist other TMAM properties if necessary and attendance at mandatory meetings and training seminars.
Required Education and Experience: A high school or trade school diploma and minimum six years' related experience.
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience.
