Our unique pay structure, focusing 50% on team production, allows you to perform functions on behalf of the team and sets you up for a full leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective clients to attend a sales presentation, adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Screen and qualify potential clients based on company guidelines.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing information and materials.
  • Motivate the team to exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG through training, motivation, and contests.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of vacation ownership marketing experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • A history of reliability, dependability, and effective follow-through.
  • Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
