Overview of the Role

Soliant is seeking an experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Imperial, NE. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication and language development of students.

About the Position

This full-time or part-time opportunity involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication disorders and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language challenges.
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in Nebraska. ASHA certification is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $65,000 to over $90,000 annually.
