About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Waterway Carwash. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $51,677 per year in the first year, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation and benefits, including paid time off, medical benefits, long-term investment matching program, college tuition assistance program, and referral bonus program.

About You

Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, positively and enthusiastically greeting customers, identifying needs, and selling car wash services, memberships, and other services.
  2. Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate daily store production through planning and execution, staff the store based on forecasted business needs, and adjust in response to changes in demand.
  3. Lead, Manage, and Supervise Employees: Provide daily direction and coaching to employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction, coach, mentor, and develop employees, and create and maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • A current and valid driver's license;
  • An associate's degree or above (or a current college senior) OR at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting, professional sales, or military leadership;
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays);
  • At least 16 years of age;
  • Authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
