Ecommerce Strategist

Overview

WK Kellogg Co, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Strategist to drive growth on Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape and ability to develop and execute strategies that meet business objectives.

About the Role

This position involves managing Amazon.com and Amazon Fresh businesses, building relationships with vendors and customers, and optimizing product catalog in Vendor Central. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are filled according to Amazon/WK Kellogg ordering parameters and guide finance teams on invoice/deduction reconciliation and annual trade budget management.

Responsibilities

- Lead Amazon account management, establishing and delivering budgeted sales and profit targets in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor Retail performance metrics to drive agreed-upon results and manage annual marketing budget and guide marketing/merchandising strategy to align with business needs/goals
- Manage Amazon product catalog in Vendor Central, partnering with content team/agency on new item setup and digital shelf updates
- Work closely with sales planning on forecasts and support omni-marketing team in managing merchandising/coupon/paid media investments to drive effective/efficient results
- Build/manage annual budgets for merchandising accruals, coupons/deals, and media (paid search and display) that support brand initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field
- 5+ years direct Amazon account management experience
- Proficient in Vendor or Seller Central and Amazon Ads
- Strong interpersonal and fact-based selling and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and actions concisely to leadership
