Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Educator and Patient Care Expert to join our faculty team at West Coast University Ontario Campus. As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses by providing guidance, academic support, and mentorship to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a mentor, role model, and facilitator who provides guidance and academic support for students.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching, the teaching/learning process, and for individual students.
  • Apply your skills and experience to your assigned teaching schedule.
  • Participate in and contribute to assessment activities of courses/curriculum and programs via a continuous improvement plan set forth by the University.
  • Maintain scholarly activities.
  • Participate in professional growth and service in accordance with university policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in nursing, professional nurse licensure, and a minimum of two years' prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care, with a minimum of one year experience in the field in which you teach. You must also comply with state regulations and rules and regulations of state authorization agencies.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits:
