Estimated Salary Range

$53,000 - $67,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The LPN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. As a member of our nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the implementation of patient care plans.

You will be accountable for compliance with applicable regulatory standards, institutional policies, and procedures. In this role, you will also provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support that directly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients, families, and significant others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Certified to administer medications
  • Preferred: IV Certification

A minimum of previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required. You must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Basic computer knowledge, strong organization skills, and effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
