Sales Outfitter

The Sales Outfitter is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.

• Provide a legendary customer experience by greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.
• Replenish product on shelves as required and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock merchandise as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale register system.
