Job Description
This Senior AWS Cloud Counsel will primarily support AWS's Data Center Operations team, which is responsible for the operation, physical security, maintenance, and logistics of AWS data centers globally. The role involves working directly with business teams to provide day-to-day counseling, contribute to projects, and address vendor issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services, or equivalent
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent

Salary Information
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $180,000-$220,000 based on the company overview and job requirements.
