Job Description

At TBI Airport Management Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on-the-job training and development to new employees in their assigned department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with minimum standards and regulations
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs
  • Create daily/weekly training schedules
  • Complete daily/weekly status reports
  • Conduct tours and support new employees

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Take all reasonable and necessary precautions to ensure personal health and safety
  • Report immediately to management all occurrences that cause injury or damage

Requirements:

  • Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
  • Ability to professionally represent the brand
