At American Dream, we are seeking an experienced Automation Workflow Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product and Engineering team to learn system administration, configuration tasks, and drive process improvement within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation tools and platforms, such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Puppet. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtualization is also a plus. We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Learne and manage system administrative and configuration tasks for various platforms
  • Analyze current workflows and processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement
  • Define and deploy enhanced processes and workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline tasks
  • Develop automation systems and tools to automate routine system administration and configuration tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions
