Job Description

Connexity, a Taboola company, is a performance-marketing technology firm that has been helping online retailers find new customers and drive sales at a cost that meets ROI objectives for 25 years. As the leading independent source of new customers and sales for online retailers, we manage the complexities of a wide range of customer acquisition channels on behalf of thousands of retailers, with proven success in the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC. We connect over 60,000 publishers to 50,000 retailers around the world, generating $5m+ of sales every day across our suite of products (Skimlinks, ShopYourLikes, Connexity). We joined forces with Taboola in 2021 and Skimlinks in 2020, making us the first and largest, open-web source for Publishers and Creators to access eCommerce.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global product teams across various domains, including advertiser/publisher experiences, traffic acquisition, pricing, platform infrastructure, and internal optimizations.
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our global product suite, focusing on driving exceptional customer outcomes, revenue, and profit growth.
  • Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and direction globally, advocating for building distinctive products, enhancing performance, and delivering high-quality traffic to customers.
  • Oversee the prioritization process, making swift decisions to ensure the team focuses on the most critical projects.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and operations to execute the product roadmap and strategy, working closely with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and effectively launch products.
  • Foster a culture of execution and product shipping within the team, setting high expectations for individual and team performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management leadership roles within internet-based services/products.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams across multiple locations, time zones, and with remote employees.
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing individual contributors, managers, and directors.
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in digital advertising/marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
  • Exceptional executional, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data to drive product decisions and strategy.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, understanding products in detail while maintaining a broader vision.
  • Strong communication skills across various mediums.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive operational mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
