Job Overview

This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team at Lines for Life. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with various financial tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with reviewing employee timecards, ensuring accuracy, and following up with supervisors as needed.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform manual payroll and expense allocation entries, record and reconcile monthly donations, and process employee reimbursements.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with reviewing and processing invoices for timely payment, confirming validity, and reconciling monthly payments.
  • Credit Card Management: Assist with recording and reconciling monthly credit card purchases.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Reviewing payroll items and previous administrative or executive assisting experience.
  • Education: Accounting or business administration coursework, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and basic Excel skills.
  • Software Familiarity: QuickBooks Online, MIP, or Sage Accounting.
