Regional Maintenance Manager

Rochester Hills, MI

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement a safety culture, conduct audits to ensure maintenance processes meet safety, quality, and environmental standards, and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Quality and Productivity: Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels, oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and enhance service quality.
  • Vendor and Resource Management: Manage third-party vendors to ensure SLA compliance, order parts and materials for repairs and maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Data Analysis and Collaboration: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations, excellent project management and organizational skills, and proficiency in computer software applications related to facility management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM).
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in managing a team of maintenance staff.
  • Sustainability Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainability practices in facilities management.
  • Budgeting Experience: Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures.
