Job Summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our sales team, management, and customers. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to order management and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and management to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
