Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our North America team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global leader in consulting and technology services.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in regulatory compliance, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • You will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support in various regulatory matters, including anti-corruption, competition, export control/sanctions, gaming, and other licensed activities.
  • Your primary focus will be on preparing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, including applicable policies, processes, and training.
  • You will also be expected to follow developments in laws/regulations impacting our business and provide comprehensive guidance related to regulatory compliance.
  • In this role, you will work closely with our business and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of our compliance initiatives.
