Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Understand customer segments, pain points, and requirements to continuously improve BigOmics Analytics solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead prospecting and demand generation.
  • Drive customer success by addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey and navigating organizational complexities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data within company systems.
  • Achieve revenue and booking targets within assigned territory.
  • Represent BigOmics Analytics in a manner consistent with company business principles and ethics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Strong lead generation and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the life sciences or bioinformatics field is a plus.
