Job Title: Outpatient Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outpatient Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Penn State Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:

This position involves working with patients from birth to 21 years old, assessing their communication needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $ 120,000 - 160,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of communication disorders, including speech and language difficulties, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and communicate with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
  • Pennsylvania license in Speech Therapy or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate having fully met the credentials to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year
