Construction Management Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications, as well as assisting the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and validate proposals and specifications
- Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability
- Accountable for Quality Assurance
- Ensure subcontractor has submitted the required documents
- Establish timelines and goals
- Manage key metrics and report on as required
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM as needed
Requirements:
- Adaptable, willingness to change with business necessity
- Professional and lead by example
- Diversity awareness and ability to adjust to multiple personalities
- Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
- Technical knowledge of all products and services that WTI offers
- Understanding of Construction Management tasks
- Superior written, oral and digital communication skills
- Able to create performance reporting
- 24 hour reply response to all inquiries
- Ability to use and understand Microsoft Office and other software as required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel out of town, may include overnight travel
- Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Open to relocation after completion of program
