Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of title opinions, leases, and joint operating agreements to determine record title and contractual ownership.
- Create and maintain revenue and joint interest billing decks, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Handle owner relations, communicating with royalty and working interest owners regarding ownership and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Research and resolve legal suspense items, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Generate reports as requested, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in division order analysis, specifically in the Appalachian Basin.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.
