About the Role

As a Medical Assistant in our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. This position offers flexibility and variety, with a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS OR A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN IS REQUIRED.
  • A commitment to attending a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
