Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of care.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, revising plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to establish priorities and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and education of patients and families.
Requirements
  • Current RN license for the state of practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior nursing experience preferred.
