Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing client marketing plans by delivering sales presentations to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff who treat rare diseases.
  • Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
  • Deliver education and drive awareness to support patient identification within target offices and work collaboratively with the client team to hand off qualified leads through a defined and repeatable process.
  • Increase awareness and knowledge around rare disease state and how to diagnose it.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong patient identification and lead generation skills.
  • Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with rare diseases products.
  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
