We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales & Wellness Advisor to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Job Summary:This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness. If you are a motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell memberships, enhancements, and retail products to achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
- BUILD RAPPORT AND LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT MEMBERS TO DRIVE RETENTION AND REFERRALS.
- Stay up-to-date on all Massage Envy services, programs, and products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Create a positive and professional atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized lobby, front desk, retail shelves, treatment rooms, and other areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with tasks such as filing, organizing, shipping, and receiving, allowing front desk staff to focus on clients.
- Support the delivery of our brand promise by ensuring treatment rooms are client-ready and service providers have everything needed to deliver outstanding services.
- Uphold our core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in all interactions.
- MUST HAVE AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AND CONFIDENCE IN A SALES ENVIRONMENT.
- EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS.
- PERSONAL PASSION FOR HEALTH AND SELF-CARE ROUTINES TO INSPIRE CLIENTS.
- ABILITY TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, INCLUDING WEEKENDS, AND MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS.
- Pay Transparency: $25,000 per year, with variable pay-for-performance bonus and commission plans allowing for unlimited earning potential.
