We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Willow Wood, Texas.

Job Overview

Soliant is a leading provider of speech and language services. As a Speech Language Pathologist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require communication disorders support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and hold a valid Texas state SLP License. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Compensation

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, payment for both direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits after meeting the required hours.
