Restaurant Leadership Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Leadership Manager to join our team at Potomac Family Dining Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading restaurant operations, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role

The Restaurant Leadership Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, inventory management, and staff supervision. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Restaurant Operations: Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales-building initiatives, monitor sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales revenue.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and open communication.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee inventory levels, manage supply chain relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Collect and analyze sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent: Minimum three years of experience in a related field, preferably in casual dining.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership success, including managing multiple teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with ability to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
