Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Decatur. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing restoration services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service calls and perform restoration services as assigned
  • Communicate with crew chiefs to ensure customer needs are met
  • Support crew chiefs and other production personnel as needed
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and office areas
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights
